  • The Langtang hike is a heartfelt journey. The Langtang Valley is one of Nepal's most beautiful areas. It was once a favourite among trekkers looking for spectacular scenery, unique culture, and heartfelt hospitality in charming homestay guest houses - all within easy reach of Kathmandu.

    The Langtang Valley has long been a popular walk because of its magnificent views, fascinating Tamang culture, moderate pace, and proximity to Kathmandu. Unfortunately, the 2015 earthquake and resulting landslide significantly impacted the area. Still, aid and repair have recently reopened this valley to trekking. Your visit will not only give essential support for local livelihoods, but it will also be a magnificent journey.

    • Day 1 Welcome to Kathmandu!

      First day of Langtang Trek in Nepal. Welcome to Kathmandu TIA, we welcome you cordially and transfer to hotel, short briefing at hotel about the trek, starting time, meals, lodges etc.. free in the afternoon, if you arrive early today, we arrange free welcome dinner in Kathmandu which starts from 6.30 pm with Nepalese cultural dance and Nepali local dinner.

    • Day 2 Explore Kathmandu's historical sites.

      Today is second day of Langtang Valley trek, day starts with delicious breakfast at hotel, we start half day sightseeing in Kathmandu around 9 am. the sightseeing places includes tour of Oldest Royal palace in Kathmandu situated in Basantapur Durbar square, locally known as Hanuman Dhoka Durbar square or tourist known its as Kathmandu Durbar Square where you can see Living goddess in Nepal- Kumari and more historical temples such as Shiva Temple, Statue of Kal Bhairav, Taleju Temple, museum which takes around 1.30 min tour and then we drive to swoyambunath stupa which is build at hill from where you can see nice view of Kathmandu city and temple of Buddhist and hindus. Drive back to Hotel or you can spend time around Tourist market Thamel for shopping or look around.

    • Day 3 Drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Besi.

      Today is starting day of Langtang Trek, we start drive to Syabrubesi by 7.30 am from Kathmandu after breakfast, it is about 7-8 hours drive to Syabrubeshi by private jeep stay overnight there, from today all meals such as Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will serve.

    • Day 4 Trek from Syabru Besi to Lama Hotel.

      Our daily trekking schedule will be like: 6.30 am wake up and breakfast and trek start around 7.30 am or by 8 am, we trek 3-4 hours and stop for hot lunch in one lodges or tea houses, after lunch we have to walk 2-3 hours or some day more depend on itinerary. Today we stay overnight at Lama Hotel where there is 5-6 lodges, lodges are simple and basic.

    • Day 5 Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang.

      Today we walk around 5 hours to reach Langtang Village, Name of this Langtang trekking is somehow given by this village. We stop for lunch at Ghoda Tabela, trail is moderate we can see nice mountain views of Langtang and more...

    • Day 6 Trek from Langtang to Kyangjin.

      Kyanjin Gomba is last village where there are lodge for this trek, which is short trek today from Lantang Village, we will reach there by lunch time and we walk around village after lunch. It is beautiful village in this region. mountains are close from this village.

    • Day 7 Ascend Kjangjin Ri or explore Kyangjin.

      Today we hike to Tserko ri, it is about 3-4hours of day hiking to see glaciers and closest views of mountains, it is one of best day hiking in Langtang valley trek... you will enjoy the day..

    • Day 8 Trek from Kyangjin to Lama Hotel.

      We will return back same way to Lama Hotel today..

    • Day 9 Trek from Lama Hotel to Syabru Besi.

      Get ready for scenic descend today. You will pass through Rhododendron, Oak, Pine forests, witness many waterfalls and cross few settlements before arriving at today’s destination Syafrubeshi. Overnight at Syafrubeshi.

    • Day 10 Drive from Syabru Besi to Kathmandu.

      Drive from Syabru Besi to Kathmandu.

    • Day 11 Depart Kathmandu.

      We take you to Airport 2.30 hours in advance to catch your flight to home.. we hope you en joyed the trek and hope to see you again.

    • AIRPORT PICK-UP & DROP : Airport - Hotel transfer – Airport (Pick Up and Drop).
    • ACCOMMODATION IN KATHMANDU : 3 nights sharing twin bedroom a Kathmandu on the bed a & Breakfast Basis.
    • WELCOME DINNER : Welcome Dinner in Kathmandu Thakali restaurant with Office Staff. (Detail briefing will be at Restaurant)
    • PERMITS : All necessary paper works: Langtang National Park permit, TIMS CARD & conservation entry fee.
    • STAFF INSURANCE : Insurance for all involved Nepalese staff during the trek.
    • MAP : LANGTANG Region Trekking map.
    • MEMBER TRANSPORTATION : Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi and back to Kathmandu by private Jeep.
    • MEMBER LUGGAGE : Up to 20 Kg per member for personal baggage during the trek carrying by porters.
    • FOODS & LODGING : 3 meals a day (BLD; including tea and coffee)
    • DRINKS : 2 liters of boiled water to carry on thermos per day per member.
    • GUIDE : 1 Experienced English-speaking trekking guide with all his daily wages, personal insurance, and Accommodation during the trek.
    • PORTER : Porters as required during the trek (member Luggage 15 kgs per person)
    • STAFF SALARY & ALLOWANCE : All Nepalese staff & porter’s daily wages, salary, equipment, food & clothing. (Guide + Porter)
    • VALLEY SIGHTSEEING : Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley [Swoyambu (Monkey temple), Kathmandu Durbar Square, and Bouddhanath] by city licensed holder guide.
    • MEDICAL KIT : First Aid Medical kit.
    • INTERNATIONAL AIRFARE : International flight airfare (from and to Kathmandu).
    • NEPAL VISA FEES : Nepali Visa fee is US$ 40 per person for 30 days (to be applied for 60 days (USD$ 100).
    • EXTRA NIGHTS IN KATHMANDU : Extra nights’ accommodation in Kathmandu. In case of early arrival or late departure, early return from Trekking (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary.
    • LUNCH & DINNER : Lunch and Dinner in Kathmandu, all meals B/L/D are included during the trek.
    • INSURANCE : Travel and high altitude insurance, accident, medical & emergency evacuation.
    • RESCUE EVACUATION : Medical Insurance and emergency rescue evacuation cost if required. (Rescue, Repatriation, Medication, Medical Tests, and Hospitalization costs.)
    • PERSONAL EXPENSES : Telephone calls, Internet, Toiletries, battery recharge, hot shower, laundry, soft drinks, beer, and any alcoholic beverages.
    • PERSONAL EQUIPMENT : Clothing, Packing Items or Bags, Personal Medical Kit, Personal Trekking Gears, etc.
    • TOILETRIES : Soaps, shampoos, toilet and tissue papers, toothpaste, and other items used to keep yourself clean.
    • FILMING : Special Filming, Camera, and Drone permit fee.
    • INTERNET SERVICE : Internet facility during the trek is not included.
    • TIPS : Tips for Guide, porters, and staff.
    • EXTRA : Any other services or activities not mentioned in the itinerary. Any other item not listed in the “Cost Includes” section.
