This 17-day journey combines a big portion of the famous Everest Base Camp trek route with the untouched wonders of the Gokyo Lakes region, making it one of the best adventures ever. Gokyo hamlet, nestled in a secret valley in the Khumbu region, is one of the Himalayas' lesser-known gems. Your hike will take you down a winding trail through forgotten valleys, past serene lakes, and through quaint communities.
You will also see the jewels of the Gokyo Lakes: Gokyo Ri and the Fifth Lake, whose magnificence overlooks a breathtaking vista of mighty Everest! Next, enjoy views of Everest, Pumari, Lhotse, Nuptse, and other peaks from the dazzling ice trail of the Cho La pass over a glacier before ascending to Kala Patthar, the iconic Black Rock. After that, we'll spend an action-packed day at Everest Base Camp, following the iconic trek down the mountain.
